Your Benefits, Working for You.

Whether you fill a prescription once a month or once a year, this page is for you: answers, resources, and support to make sure you get the medication you need, when you need it.

About prior authorization

Some medications require approval before your plan covers them. This review confirms that the medication is clinically appropriate and meets your plan’s coverage requirements.

About the Savings Program

Our savings program is designed to lower what you pay for high-cost medications through three pathways: Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs), Alternative Sourcing, and copay cards offered by drug manufacturers.

How the Savings Program Works →

Please note: Our Savings team works hard to review available opportunities and identify the lowest possible cost for each medication. Enrollment in the DisclosedRx Savings Program does not guarantee that savings will be available for every member or prescription.

Your pharmacy benefits live in the portal.

Register once in the member portal and you can:

  • Check a price before you fill.

  • See your formulary.

  • Pull up your ID card.

  • Review your claims.

Your Pharmacy Experience

Filling a prescription should take minutes, not hours. Behind the scenes, our team is checking prices, applying savings and working with your prescriber and pharmacist so your experience at the counter is simple and painless.

  1. 01

    Show your ID card

Your digital card lives in the portal. Need a physical replacement? Call 888-589-3340 24-7 and we'll mail you one.

  2. 02

    Use an in-network pharmacy

In-network pricing is the lowest pricing under your plan. Our Pharmacy Locator searches by ZIP code to find the nearest in-network pharmacy to you.

  3. 03

If the pharmacist mentions a prior authorization

Your pharmacist or prescriber contacts us to start the review.

  4. 04

If you use a copay card

If your medication is enrolled in copay assistance, the pharmacy may see this message: “Copay card override is required for processing the claim. Please call DisclosedRx at 480-561-6005.”

This is normal. The message tells the pharmacy to call us so we can apply your savings correctly. Your fill may pause for a moment; it resolves quickly, and your savings apply at the counter.
