Conark Shah serves as Chief Executive Officer of DisclosedRx, where he leads the company’s strategic vision, growth, and commitment to delivering greater accountability and value in pharmacy benefit management.

He brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across strategy, operations, sales, marketing, and P&L management, with a track record of driving growth and operational improvement.

Prior to joining DisclosedRx, Conark held senior leadership roles with organizations including General Motors and ElectraMeccanica, leading initiatives in revenue growth, market expansion, profitability, corporate strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.

Today, he is focused on strengthening DisclosedRx’s member-first model, expanding client relationships, and using technology and data to help employers and health plans achieve better financial and health outcomes. He works closely with the executive team to advance a more accountable, fiduciary-aligned approach to pharmacy benefits.

John has had over a thirty-five-year career in pharmaceutical care management. He has been a leader at prescription benefit managers (Express Scripts, CVS-Caremark and Optum Rx), health plans (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Highmark and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City) and pharmaceutical manufacturers (Pfizer). He has extensively published and lectured on the value of pharmaceuticals.

Brian has worked in the employee benefits and health insurance industry since 1998, beginning his career as an insurance consultant. Today, he serves as Vice President of Sales at DisclosedRx, leading the sales team and working with brokers, employers, and partners to develop and deliver effective pharmacy benefit solutions.

Julie Kirk, MHRM, SPHR, is an accomplished senior HR executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, transformation, and people leadership across multiple industries. She has a proven track record of elevating the strategic impact of the HR function, aligning culture, strategy, and people to drive results, and building high-performing teams and processes.

Andrew Dufour is an attorney with experience advising organizations on complex legal, regulatory, compliance, and business matters. As General Counsel for DisclosedRx, he provides strategic legal guidance across commercial contracting, healthcare compliance, privacy, intellectual property, corporate governance, and risk management. He works closely with executive leadership to support growth initiatives, negotiate key partnerships, and develop practical solutions to evolving legal and regulatory challenges.

Prior to his current role, Andrew served as Counsel for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, where he advised business and operational teams on federal and state healthcare requirements, contractual matters, and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for translating complex legal issues into actionable business guidance, helping organizations navigate highly regulated environments while maintaining a focus on innovation and operational effectiveness.

Andrew earned his undergraduate degree from Northwest Missouri State University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law and is an active member of the Kansas Bar Association. Andrew is married with one kid and likes to read, watch movies, spend time with his family, and play games during his free time.

Cortney brings more than 10 years of pharmacy benefits experience to DisclosedRx. In a previous leadership role, she led a 25-person account management team supporting more than 300 client relationships and 300,000 covered lives. Her background includes client retention, operational improvement, team leadership, and strategic work with brokers and clients at the executive level.
