Switching to DisclosedRx Is Easier Than You Think.

We Plan for Any Bumps Before They Become Problems.

For plan sponsors who haven’t switched PBMs in years, the prospect of changing can feel overwhelming. It doesn’t have to. DisclosedRx has developed an implementation strategy to make the process simple. If members are going to notice a change, we’ll tell you in advance and proactively work to smooth any unexpected hiccups before go-live.

Phase 1

01

Planning & Kickoff

Project plan delivered, both teams meet, contacts assigned.

Phase 2

02

Data Gathering

Claims history and eligibility files collected and analyzed.

Phase 3

03

System Configuration

Benefit design is built to your specifications; you approve it.

Phase 4

04

Testing and Member Outreach

Historical claims are tested in the new configuration while member outreach begins. Savings opportunities, prior authorizations, and ID cards are reviewed before go-live.

Phase 5

05

Go-Live

Live claims processing begins under close monitoring.

Phase 6

06

Post-Go-Live Support

Performance monitored, feedback gathered, adjustments made.

Caring for Your Members.

From the first outreach through every refill after go-live, real advocates stand behind your members. When a claim gets stuck or a medication needs a closer look, a person is there to help.

Member Advocates

Works with members throughout the process and answers any questions. This includes analyzing claims, calling the pharmacy, or calling the prescriber if that’s what it takes.

Savings Advocates

Finds the best savings pathway for the member, guides them through enrollment, helps coordinate paperwork and next steps with the member and provider, and stays with them refill after refill.

Clinical Teams

They run prior authorization and step therapy against evidence-based criteria, monitor high-cost claims, and support adherence.

Implementation FAQs

How long does implementation take?
Implementation is typically 60 days when DisclosedRx is already integrated with the TPA and 90 days when a new TPA integration is required.
Do you match our current formulary?
Not necessarily. We build the best formulary around clinical evidence and what the plan actually pays. Where a member’s current drug is affected, we contact them before go-live.
Will members notice disruption?
Some members may notice changes, but our team works to minimize disruption and manage issues quickly. Existing prior authorizations carry over for one year or for the standard approval window for that drug class.
What does your team need to provide?
Contacts and decision-makers, claims history and eligibility files, approval on the configuration, and participation in testing. We’ll take care of the rest.
