A single fee.
Our clients are our only source of revenue. No rebates or conflicts of interest.
We don’t just believe in transparency.
We believe in Full Disclosure.Transparency is a vague promise. Full Disclosure is a technical standard and a commitment that every important detail is written into your contract.
CAA 2026
The Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA 2026) requires a 100% pass-through of drug rebates from PBMs to ERISA group health plans. Plan sponsors now must attest annually that no contract blocks access to their own cost and claims data; broker compensation must be disclosed; and detailed drug-cost reporting is mandatory.
These requirements have been built into the DisclosedRx model from the beginning.

NDC-11 claims detail flows to you.
Full disclosure is an SEC standard for publicly traded companies, requiring that every material fact about a business be disclosed publicly. We’ve applied that standard to pharmacy benefits and even named our company after it: our clients see every detail of their benefit plan, clearly showing costs, where the money flows, who gets paid, and how.
Our clients are our only source of revenue. No rebates or conflicts of interest.
You see what we earn, and from where.
Your claims, your pricing, your rebates. Yours.
Contract terms and savings verified by a third party.
It’s in the Contract
Our contracts are designed so our financial incentives are aligned with yours. We work for the plan sponsor, not drug manufacturers, pharmacies, or rebate aggregators.
The agreement legally commits DisclosedRx to act in the best interest of the plan and its members.
The client owns the data.
Zero pharmacy ownership.
100% of rebates passed through.
Every dollar disclosed at the NDC-11 level.
One revenue source. No spread pricing.
Contract integrity, independently validated.
