A Savings Advocate will guide you through the process by matching you with the best savings pathway and coordinating provider paperwork, and the team will support you through every refill. We don’t just manage your prescription. We advocate for you.
Some medications require approval before your plan will cover them. This is called a prior authorization. When a prior authorization is needed, our clinical team reviews information from the prescriber to confirm the medication is clinically appropriate, then notifies you and the prescriber of the decision.
Getting started is simple. A Savings Advocate reviews the medication and available savings opportunities. You will then receive a letter or a call. There are three ways to lower your cost, and each one takes a different approach.
Some manufacturers provide their medication at no cost to patients who qualify.
Not all patients qualify, and eligibility criteria vary by manufacturer.
Alternative sourcing may lower the cost of eligible medications through licensed pharmacies in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as domestic 340B pharmacies. When available, this pathway provides a guaranteed $0 copay while still providing the same medication from the same manufacturer.
Some drug manufacturers offer copay cards that can help lower what you pay for eligible medication.
